Mazal Tov! It’s our Bar Mitzvah, and Friendship Circle is Growing Up!
Thanks to you, what began in 2009 with just a few children and volunteers, has grown into a massive organization with hundreds of volunteers servicing over 250 children with special needs.
Our very first participants are now beautiful young adults, and we need to grow with them. Can you be there for them? Can you expand our circle of friendship to provide community, programming and support not only for hundreds of children and teens but also for our young adults who need adult programs tailored to their specific needs?
Together, let’s raise $250,000 to ensure that children, teens, and young adults with special needs and their families know they belong at Friendship Circle.
Can You Give For Growth?
Adults with special needs often struggle to find their place. Too old for many school programs, but still seeking stimulation and connection. They remain home alone, bored, wanting to be productive, but lack the necessary work skills or environment in which to thrive. For many of our original Friendship Circle members, this is their reality.
Can you be a part of creating a stimulating environment for them, with social interaction and meaning? Your support will provide job skills and opportunities for employment within our Jewish community.
FC Miami is excited to launch our new adult programming, which includes a full-day adult program in addition to our existing Friends at Home program for young adults. Will you contribute to the continued growth of adults with disabilities?
